I feel it is important to make your clients feel comfortable. We do most of our interviews in their homes, in a very conversational and compassionate way. I have done over 10,000 interviews in my career and know how to create an environment for your clients to feel safe and open. After most interviews, people will thank me for making this easy for them. It really comes down to a heart to heart conversation that is captured on video.

My goal is to help give plaintiff’s a voice. To have the other side see that these are real people, with real struggles that impact their lives every day. That the life they knew pre-incident, is a life they no longer live. It is important to me to create a video documentary that will help add significant value to your client’s case, and I am very confident that they achieve that goal. The feedback I get from the attorneys I work with is so gratifying. I have worked on individual, multi-plaintiff and civil rights cases among others. The key to a video that will have an impact is in how you tell their story.

Along with my team of a professional camera person and editor, we tell a story that goes beyond your client’s case. We capture the emotion in plaintiffs, their families and friends own words. It is much more impactful to hear someone describe what it takes emotionally and physically to get through a day, as opposed to reading about it. It is very different to watch a mother feeding her child through a feeding tube, then it is to read about it. That is what we capture. We are storytellers. We work with you and your clients to tell their story in a way that written words alone cannot tell.

The years I have spent learning how to interview someone so that it feels like you are simply having a conversation and are really hearing them, has helped me get the best possible interviews with the right amount of emotion. Writing over 10,000 scripts for TV news stories and specials, completing 2 documentaries on very sensitive subjects has helped me become a storyteller that engages the viewer. I take the fact that plaintiff’s open-up to me and trust me to tell their story as a privilege and responsibility. I care deeply about every case I work on. All my work is confidential, so I am not at liberty to post any of the video documentaries. Please contact me for references and to discuss your case.
